One General Mathenge Location: General Mathenge (Nairobi, Kenya) Client: AMS Properties A mixed dwelling scheme consisting of 20 apartments: 14 duplex and 6 triplex. This 1.5 acre site had a 15m drop from the highest point at the entrance of the site to the bottom at its opposite edge. The top block is only ensuring that the apartment blocks did not overpower the surrounding area. The development is arranged in 3 blocks of differing heights to create an equal elevated mass.	One West Park Location: Westlands, Mpaka Road. Client: AMS Properties One West Park, consists of luxury apartments in the heart of Westlands, Nairobi. To AMS, it is a new concept in urban living; luxurious apartments made with quality and style together with panoramic views, exceptional landscaping and world-class amenities making them an architectural icon.	One Riverside Drive Location: Riverside Drive, Riverside (Nairobi, Kenya) Client: AMS Properties This development comprises of 34 apartments set on a two acre site in a prime residential area of Nairobi. The very sloping site called for clever use of space and arrangement of blocks so as to create an environment that is at a human scale without being taken over by car parking. The design is based round a central green courtyard with a feature swimming pool and waterfalls.
Trident Heights Riara Location: Trident Estates Client: Riara Road (Nairobi, Kenya) Medium to high end apartments, 24 in number. A modern take on this market, which has been well received by the client. The scheme is set over 2 blocks, 5 storeys each with under craft car parking. The challenge was the narrow nature of the plot which has been dealt with without compromising privacy of each.	Arboretum Link Location: Arboretum Drive (Nairobi, Kenya) Client: Sports Road Properties This scheme sits on a narrow plot with an 18m drop from the highest point at the entrance side of the plot to the platter at the bottom. The challenge was to create buildings that do not hinder the privacy of the Apartments, while still having Glimpses of the river at the edge of the site. The big drop in level has been neutralized for basement parking, and the slope does not hinder in the access to the furthest block.	5 Star Meadows Location: Kiambu Road (Nairobi, Kenya) Client: AMS Properties The scheme comprises of a 20 acre site on Kiambu Road, divided into a master plan of plots ranging from a 1.25acres upwards. It is a comprehensive development consisting of 3 & 4 bedroom massionates and a shopping and sport complex set on 2 acres within the development. The design takes on a Mediterranean theme that will be carried through out in terms of both building and landscape.
Delta Plains Location: Mlolongo Mombasa Road Client: Delta This is a low cost housing scheme of 3-4 bedroom terraced and semi detached house types, set on a total of 10acres. The plot provides its own unique challenges in terms of its narrowness and site slope.	Simba Hill Villas Location: Karen Client: Private This scheme sits on an area of 31'4 acre plot in the beautiful green background of Karen with fresh air and tall trees that surrounds the vicinity. There are 3 in number, town houses which are 4 bedroom units of 4262 sqft each with a separate car park for two cars and two rooms servant quarters.
