To AMS, it is a new concept in urban living; luxurious apartments made with quality and style together with panoramic views, exceptional landscaping and world-class amenities making them an architectural icon. |  One General MathengeLocation: General Mathenge (Nairobi, Kenya) Client: AMS Properties A mixed dwelling scheme consisting of 20 apartments: 14 duplex and 6 triplex. This 1.5 acre site had a 15m drop from the highest point at the entrance of the site to the bottom at its opposite edge. The top block is only ensuring that the apartment blocks did not overpower the surrounding area.
