![]() Karen Retirement VillageLocation: Karen (Nairobi, Kenya) Client: Lordship Africa ltd Innovative Planning & Design Consultants was shortlisted by Mentor Project Management Ltd. to take part in a design competition for Residential development on 64 acres in Karen, a prominent residential area. The brief called for 40 two to three bed bungalow type dwellings over 20 acres. The remainder of the 44 acres is to be sub-divided and sold as one acre plots with the option of being developed by Lordship. IPDC won the contest. | ![]() Mellow HeightsLocation: Ngara Client: Mellow Investments The scheme has 1 block of apartments with options of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms of low cost apartments. It is a development with 6 floors of apartments, 1 shops floor and 3 floors of parking. | ![]() Trident GrandLocation: Riverside Client: Trident Estates High end apartments, 30 in number. A modern take on this market, which has been received by the potential buyers. The scheme is set over 3blocks, 11 floors of apartment with under craft car parking and a common core. The challenge was the sloppy nature of the plot which has been dealt with without compromising the landscape. |
